Megan Pennington holds a BSc in Dietetics and Human Nutrition from McGill University and is a member of the Association of Naturotherapists of Quebec. Drawing on both her conventional dietetic training and 20 years of integrative clinical practice, she helps clients identify and resolve the root causes of chronic illness — without overwhelming them with protocols or unnecessary supplementation.
Our team focuses on reducing inflammation, improving cellular function, identifying your unique immune triggers and optimizing the body's natural repair pathways. Our methods are simple, effective, flexible, and science-based, integrating multiple healing modalities for full spectrum health.

Megan's path into integrative health began with a fundamental frustration; the deeper she explored the science, the more she found contradiction and oversimplification.
She pursued her BSc in Dietetics at McGill University — the most rigorous training available — determined to find real answers. What she discovered instead was a clinical model that treated food as numbers while ignoring the immune system, the gut, and the individual as a whole.
Within five years of beginning her career as a Dietitian, Megan resigned. She had seen enough to know that conventional nutrition was not equipped to address the complexity of chronic illness.
What followed was two decades of advanced study — MRT food sensitivity testing, functional medicine, naturopathy, clinical immunology, gut restoration, medical hypnosis, and mind-body therapies. Megan transformed her own health in the process, resolving conditions that conventional care had failed to explain.
Today, she and her team work with clients across North America who wish to address the root cause of their symptoms — people with chronic fatigue, autoimmune conditions, persistent digestive disorders, skin conditions, and inflammatory pain that standard medicine cannot resolve.
The approach is precise, science-based, and deeply individualized. Every protocol is built around the client's unique immune response, health history, and goals — not population averages or generic dietary guidelines.
You will work directly with a certified practitioner who applies the same methodology Megan has refined over 20 years of practice.
