Green Goddess Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie is packed full of nutrients…. it’s really like a meal in a glass.

I use frozen mango chunks, and chard from my garden. (1/2 cup of greens is a small amount. You can add more!).

Use ice if desired, and don’t forget to add more water until you reach the consistency you prefer!
