Introduce one at a time, starting with lowest scores. Wait 24 hours between each. Once all Phase 2 foods are done, introduce untested foods the same way.
Avoid during Phases 1 & 2. Trial Moderate foods (2.0β2.9) after 2β3 months. Trial High foods (β₯ 3.0) after 4β6 months. One at a time, 3 days minimum.

- Drink filtered water β avoid tap water
- Cook with safe oils at medium heat only (olive, coconut, avocado)
- Focus on whole, unprocessed foods
- Frequent small meals β nothing after 8pm
- Remove unnecessary supplements unless ingredients are safe
- No alcohol for minimum 30 days
- Symptoms may worsen days 1β5 β this is normal withdrawal
- If symptoms persist beyond week 1, check for hidden reactive ingredients
