    🌱 Phase 2 Additions β€” Low 1.6–1.9 (after 10–14 days)

    Introduce one at a time, starting with lowest scores. Wait 24 hours between each. Once all Phase 2 foods are done, introduce untested foods the same way.

    🟑 Moderate & πŸ”΄ High Reactivity β€” Phase 3 (Months 2–6)

    Avoid during Phases 1 & 2. Trial Moderate foods (2.0–2.9) after 2–3 months. Trial High foods (β‰₯ 3.0) after 4–6 months. One at a time, 3 days minimum.

    Found in processed foods β€” always check labels. Foods containing these have been removed from your safe list.

    • Drink filtered water β€” avoid tap water
    • Cook with safe oils at medium heat only (olive, coconut, avocado)
    • Focus on whole, unprocessed foods
    • Frequent small meals β€” nothing after 8pm
    • Remove unnecessary supplements unless ingredients are safe
    • No alcohol for minimum 30 days
    • Symptoms may worsen days 1–5 β€” this is normal withdrawal
    • If symptoms persist beyond week 1, check for hidden reactive ingredients
