A mother, wife, and kickass Naturotherapist and Holistic Health Coach with a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Human Nutrition!

So I decided to try a different approach.

I went back to school, learned all about Integrative Nutrition and Holistic Health, and found what I had been missing. I learned what I needed to do, and now I want to share those answers with you.
